FAQ
Plan feels off / want to regenerate
Settings › Account › Regenerate plan. Regeneration overwrites the current plan but keeps your training history.
Exercises too hard or too easy
On the workout screen, tap the "Swap" button next to an exercise to get an easier or harder alternative for the same muscle group. Long-press an exercise to open detail and adjust sets/reps.
How to cancel subscription
- iPhone: Settings app › top Apple ID › Subscriptions › FitLite Premium › Cancel
- Cancellation keeps the current period active; the next period won't be charged
- For refund of an already-charged period, request through reportaproblem.apple.com
Subscription gone after switching device / reinstalling
The Settings page has a "Restore Purchases" button — as long as it's the same Apple ID, one tap restores subscription state.
Want to wipe all data
Settings › Account › Clear all data. Removes: training plan, workout records, profile, food log, soreness log, habit-time analysis. Subscription state is managed by Apple, not affected.
Does data go to the cloud?
No. FitLite has no server; everything stays in the iOS app sandbox. Uninstalling fully deletes it. See the Privacy Policy.
Reminders not firing / notifications silent
- Check Settings app › Notifications › FitLite is allowed
- Focus modes silence non-allowed notifications — make sure FitLite is in the allow list
- FitLite Settings › Reminders › Send a test reminder to verify scheduling works
Too many ads in workout breaks
The free version shows one banner per 3 exercises. If it bothers you, subscribe to the ad-free tier (Settings › Remove Ads). The subscription supports ongoing maintenance.
